The New Orleans Veterans of Foreign Wars is hosting its annual fundraiser this Saturday August 20th. Funds from the event will be used to support local Veterans Assistance Programs and repair the VFW Hall. The Patron Party runs from 5-7 at Grits Bar & Grill, located directly across the street from Post 8973. Gourmet food and cocktails will be provided by Deuce McAllister’s Ole Saint Kitchen & Tap.

    As the Patron Party winds down around 7, make your way down the block to F & Ms for the Annual Fundraiser. Place your bids at the silent auction to win a Foundation Room membership to The House of Blues, or VIP access to any show at New Orleans’ very own Civic Theatre, or a 30 person taco fiesta from Taceaux Loceaux! All of this and a whole lot more with beers brought in by local brewers NOLA brewing, Crescent Crown, and Abita Brewery.
